The perfect way to ease into Spring/Summer. Part work boot, part chukka. Quoddy Trail chukka boots with a vibram sole. Always hand made to order so you can design your own boot. I'm going with navy leather and brick camp sole. Done.

Urban Outfitters teamed with director/artist Harmony Korine for their Spring/Summer lookbook. Being a big fan of Korine's work and especially the movie "Gummo", I love the look and feel of the lookbook. With his cryptic drawings and the suburban angst of the photographs, Korine perfectly captures the feelings of growing up in Ohio suburbs in the '90s.

TV Time Thursdays! This week I decided to concentrate on a new music/video artist named NIKE7UP. I've been meaning to post about him for a minute. He basically chops up pop songs from Britney Spears to Aerosmith to Nirvana and weaves them together to make really weird, kinda sad electronic music. Plus his videos are trippy and kind of disturbing.

Epicly Later'd on VBS is back again with a new episode on Josh Kalis.  Pretty psyched on this one.  It takes me back to the good ol' days of big pants and waxed curbs. Can't wait for Episode 4.

Here are some of my picks from Supreme's Spring/Summer 2011 line. Their button downs are always on point. And I'm loving the Schott x Supreme leather jacket and Aloha shirts. The line drops in stores on February 24th in NY/LA.

It's never too late to post a rad mix. Here's Cool Calm Pete's Valentine's Day mix "The Ups & Downs".  It's got plenty of old soul and classics to keep that love going.

I know luxury pjs are kind of ridiculous. But these Band Of Outsiders pajama set look pretty comfy and fit well. Who says you shouldn't look good even when you're asleep? (via Fantastic Man)

Still looking for the perfect Valentine's Day gift? In God We Trust has been the one stop shop for gifts for guys and girls. It's got great handmade jewelry for men and women, engraved flasks, zippos, and business card holders. Most of the gifts I chose are under $100! Check out any of the three shops in Williamsburg, LES, Soho, or online.

Kevin Lyons's work has always referenced hip-hop, reggae, and dancehall music.  His latest exhibit at Colette in France "Red, Gold, and Green" further explores the colors and language of reggae and dancehall culture. Here are some pictures of his exhibit along with some of my favorite pieces from his website.

I stumbled across these videos of Philly's Kurt Vile on Q TV.  This is the way I like Kurt Vile, with an acoustic guitar and a dude on bongos. Super minimal and super mellow.

If you've ever been to San Francisco, hopefully you have had the pleasure of eating at Tartine Bakery.  Run by Chad Robertson and Elisabeth Prueitt, Tartine Bakery offers the best chocolate croissants, eclairs, and banana cream tarts I've ever had. Recently, The Selby stopped by the famed bakery to shoot photos of the making of their famous breads and pastries for T Magazine.  Enjoy.
