New mix from one of my favorite "dub" bands, Peaking Lights, featuring Brazilian funk, some Bohannon, and some rare turkish psych. Perfect for this hot NYC day. Download and listen to the mix at The Minimalist Beat.

Modcast #76 - The Rapture (The Gospel of Luke) by modularpeople

I'm psyched to hear that The Rapture are back! They're back on DFA and Modular. To celebrate, the members have been putting together mixes. Here's a pretty cool mix of Gospel music from Luke Jenner from The Rapture. Obviously, he did the math wrong as well since the rapture was supposed to be last weekend! (via Modular)

It's never too late to post a rad mix. Here's Cool Calm Pete's Valentine's Day mix "The Ups & Downs".  It's got plenty of old soul and classics to keep that love going.
