New Balance announced its new Custom 574 program.  It's NB’s first ever customizable sneaker and made in the USA. Pretty cool opportunity to design your own shoes plus it only takes a week or so to get them back. Just don't go crazy with the colors! Check out the process below. (via Highsnobiety)

There's over a foot of snow on the ground in NYC, but a big part of me can't wait for the days I can leave the boots in the closet and put on a nice pair of New Balances. Here's to wishful thinking of sun, salt free concrete, khakis, and some fresh, comfy running shoes.
