Brooklyn-based artist Faile and Bast are taking over an LES storefront to create this psychedelic, black-lit fully functional arcade. All the games have been repurposed with Faile and Bast graphics along with music by Les Savvy Fav's Seth Jabour.

The arcade will be open Tuesday through Sunday from 3-11pm until May 27th at 158 Allen Street

THE T-SHIRT: Homage Clothing
These are for my Cleveland/Columbus folks. Homage Clothing, based out of Columbus, OH, make t-shirts based on old sports and collegiate references. Similar to No Mas, Homage's shirts reference classic moments in sports history. Plus, Homage also has a lot of shirts for fellow Ohioans to choose from. Finally, we're getting some love. THE SHOP: Stepping Razor Barber Shop
My friend Danny, from The Cool & Deadly, opened up an old-school barber shop to serve the good people of Bushwick/East Williamsburg called The Stepping Razor Barber Shop. It is located inside POST BMX Bike Shop on an up and coming industrial block in Bushwick. He specializes in traditional barbering services and hot towel shaves for the gentleman and the Outlaw.. The shop's got an old-time barber shop feel mixed with 80's skateboards, reggae lps, and hot rods. After you get a cut, check out the bikes at POST.

THE COLLAB: Duane Peters x Dickies
Check this sick video with old school punk rocker and skateboard legend Duane Peters. Here he shows how you how to taper your Dickies "cigarette style" while in jail aka The Jailhouse Weld! All you need is a toothbrush and a lighter!
Also, in other Dickies news: Somewhere amongst the workwear revival, the Dickies heritage got left out. All that's about to change with Dickies 1922 collection. The collection creates replicas “manufactured exactly as they were” and made in the same Uvalde, TX factory that made the originals. (via Selectism)

THE OPENING: Gant Rugger shop
Some of you may remember seeing the Gant label when you stole a polo or button down shirt from your Dad's closet. Gant Rugger is their hipper, younger line which reproduces looks from their archives but with a more modern, slimmer fit. The brand is opening their first Gant Rugger store in New York's West Village tomorrow.

BEHIND THE SCENES: Food Party
Started in Cleveland, Food Party by Thu Tran is one of the best things on television right now. It's Pee Wee's Playhouse meets Rachel Ray on crack. Here's a video (from Food Thyme w/ Rosemary on thefader.com) which talks to Thu about hot guys, babes, samurais, and eating with mirrors. Watch Food Party on IFC on Tuesdays at 10pm.
